Sardou and two partners took over the restaurant at Le Longchamps Tennis Club in Waremme in March 2001. The club then had 300 members and lacked animation at the bar and restaurant. Over the years, Sardou ended up alone at the helm, but it was an opportunity for him to redefine the identity of the place.
In 2005, Le Longchamps underwent major transformations. The terrace, changing rooms, bar, and restaurant were all renovated, bringing new life to this emblematic place. In 2014, with the help of Jean and Eric Lantin, the restaurant received a major facelift, including a fresh coat of paint.
Today, Le Longchamps - Chez Sardou is much more than just a tennis clubhouse. It's a meeting place for gourmets, offering a varied menu, seasonal suggestions, and weekend themes to delight every palate.
